WST4041 P-kanal -40V -6A SOT-23-3L WINSOK MOSFET
Umumiy tavsif
WST4041 - bu sinxron konvertorlarda foydalanish uchun mo'ljallangan kuchli P-kanal MOSFET. U yuqori hujayra zichligiga ega, bu mukammal RDSON va eshik zaryadini ta'minlaydi. WST4041 RoHS va Green Product standartlari talablariga javob beradi va ishonchli ishlash uchun 100% EAS kafolati bilan birga keladi.
Xususiyatlari
Kengaytirilgan Trench texnologiyasi yuqori hujayra zichligi va juda past eshik zaryadiga ega bo'lib, CdV/dt effektini sezilarli darajada kamaytiradi. Bizning qurilmalarimiz 100% EAS kafolati va ekologik toza variantlarga ega.
