WSP4016 - bu juda yuqori hujayra zichligiga ega bo'lgan eng yuqori samarali N-ch MOSFET xandaqi bo'lib, u ko'pchilik sinxron konvertor ilovalari uchun mukammal RDSON va eshik zaryadlovchilarini ta'minlaydi.
