WSM320N04G N-kanal 40V 320A TOLL-8L WINSOK MOSFET
Umumiy tavsif
WSM320N04G xandaq dizaynidan foydalanadigan va juda yuqori hujayra zichligiga ega bo'lgan yuqori samarali MOSFET. U mukammal RDSON va eshik zaryadiga ega va ko'pgina sinxron pul konvertori ilovalari uchun javob beradi. WSM320N04G RoHS va Green Product talablariga javob beradi va 100% EAS va toʻliq funksiya ishonchliligiga ega boʻlishi kafolatlanadi.
Xususiyatlari
